Technical team based on USA, Colombia and Argentina. • New Payroll - HR (Human Resources System) – Replacement of former HR system (35 years old) for a new one provided by Softtrade. • EDW NextGen – Implementation of new DWH solution based on Teradata technology to support Sales Station Platform, Campaign Management (CRM) and Business Intelligence. It is part of Citibank Global Project.• EDW NextGen – Implementation of 200 KPI’s related to Sales Performance to allow Senior Management a better control about sales force and goals.
