Operations Improvement • Interfacing across the wider operations team: including Supply Chain and Logistics, and Customer Care • Act as a point person for Green Chef from a site ops perspective, championing the brand and working with the operations team to give it the focus it requires • Unblock live issues on the ground with your knowledge of the brand and how it is operating • Ensure that information flows well from the Green Chef team to the operations team • Owning the roadmap for future Production processes • Work with the product team to ensure that new product initiatives are feasible operationally and properly planned for • Build plans for and execute improvement projects to deliver product enhancements for our customers • Interface with the relevant Local Owning implementation of Green-Chef specific operational improvements • Own production-specific analysis to help optimize performance week-on-week • Feedback to the product team to ensure that the product is set up to be produced efficiently • Work on process improvement across the operation - ensuring that data flows accurately and timely to those that need it • Work with the Error-reduction teams to ensure that Green Chef delivers a consistently high-quality product to its customers
