Currently employed at Eutelsat, one of the world\'s leading global satellite operators, within Eutelsat Americas division at the Communications System Control Center (CSC), with the following responsibilities:• Control all carrier accesses to the satellite ensuring that all services operate according to their defined transmissions parameters.• Provide first-line assistance to earth stations experiencing access problems, escalating to the relevant support group when necessary.• Interface and coordinate with all Satellite Control Centers and other NOCs on satellite configuration changes.• Maintain a continuous and close relationship with all earth station operators.• Act as the primary point of contact for Eutelsat customers.• Monitor the Satellite Payload and respond promptly to telemetry alarms.• Oversee the Ground Segment for customer services and address any service alarms.• Accurately and concisely document all operational events, raise incidents as necessary, and ensure that any follow-up actions are carried out.• Provide Service bookings to customers outside the working hours of the Eutelsat Sales and Reservation Centre (SRC).• Conduct saturation tests for major earth stations and satellite transponders in accordance with the transmission parameters provided by the Link Budget.• Assist with pointing and polarization (cross polarization and isolation tests) of ground stations, upon requests from customers accessing Eutelsat’s satellite fleet resources.• Ensure the continuity of both ongoing and pending activities in the division during shift handovers.• Perform on-demand transponder verification according to the various scheduled activities.• Oversee Eutelsat\'s Managed Services alarms, contributions and video signals incoming from customers sources.
