ABOUT RIANA PUTRI ANUGRAH

My background as a General Manager at Rutee and former Social Media Manager Lead at Oigetit has allowed me to manage diverse teams, oversee operations, and build effective collaboration in dynamic work environments. These experiences helped me develop essential HR-related skills such as people management, conflict resolution, and performance coordination.Recently, I completed a Human Resource Recruitment class by MySkill, where I learned about the end-to-end recruitment process, candidate evaluation, and employee engagement. This experience deepened my interest in pursuing a professional career in Human Resources — particularly in recruitment and people development.I am passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and helping individuals grow through empathy, communication, and continuous learning. I aspire to contribute to organizations where people and purpose align.
