I’m passionate about helping organizations navigate change with clarity, confidence, and minimal disruption. I work closely with stakeholders to surface concerns, shape effective strategies, and keep end-users informed and engaged throughout every phase of transformation.My experience spans ERP, CRM, and PLM implementations—including SAP, D365, Salesforce, Teamcenter, and Concur—where I’ve contributed across Change, Communications, and Training functions.I bring a global-local lens to change management, developing scalable toolkits, templates, and communication plans to support local deployment teams. I’ve also designed and maintained SharePoint hubs that serve as implementation playbooks and knowledge centers.I’ve partnered with global and local comms teams to deliver multi-channel engagement campaigns—videos, posters, and targeted communications—to raise awareness and drive adoption of strategic initiatives.At the local level, I lead stakeholder interviews and impact assessments to understand key concerns and ensure transition plans are tailored and actionable. I regularly collaborate with business process and functional leads to identify risks and build change mitigation strategies.I’ve built and supported Change Network and Super User programs—arming Change Leaders, Agents, and Super Users with the knowledge and tools to be advocates for transformation across the business.From a training perspective, I develop both process and technical content, as well as high-level, user-friendly readiness and transition materials like future-state workflows and role-based guides.Let’s connect—I\'d love to help you lead your organization through its transformational journey with confidence and clarity.
