Inventing a web-based application in ASP.NET Core framework to execute an audit program that covers most industry standards and regulations, including ISO 9K,27K, 14K, and 45K for respected divisions. • Designed and developed audit Python applications using Python Pandas and Numpy to conduct the Virtual Audit program covering multiple standards like IATF, TL, ISO, and VDA standards to minimize the travel cost globally by 70%. • Performed as a leader to design and develop a PowerApps software application to run the internal audit. • Developed the Risk Assessment Python Application to identify the risks, prioritize, and predict the future risk according to trends in audit results • Led and supported in the Test and realization of automated audit program requirements (E2E), validation, and implementation to optimize the effectiveness of the remote audit program, including audit Plan, conducting an audit, and final report, along with the approval flow and linkage to the different databases like Agile, and AWS, and present the analysis of the audit results in Tableau • Designed and developed the performance metrics for the QMS function in Tableau to be aligned with the company\'s quality policy and quality objectives (Hoshin) • Defined a series of KPIs for Global Quality and created a prediction model for failure Predictive Modeling and Machine Learning employing JMP Pro software. • Created multiple interactive SharePoint pages to manage the Quality Management System database • Supervise project status and rapidly identify risks associated with them • Designing new tools to align the Quality Objectives (SMART model) with Hoshin goals (in progress)
