Experience with a proven track record in the Hotel service industry with a Excellence in Hospitality.Since the start of my career in hospitality,I have worked and involved in every aspect of the Food & Beverage departments.Extraordinary strategic leadership skills and the ability to gain the cooperation and loyalty with all these who works for our organization and get maximum and the best results for our Company, develop solutions and successfully accomplish company projects.When it comes to providing services.I Love the challenge of coming up with solutions and ideas to make processes more lean,planning and executing high quality events from start to finish.Customer relations, high energy and motivator-maintaining existing and new guests.Oversee day-to-day operations including controlling food & beverage cost and labor,work very closely with Catering and sales team,server,bartender, chef and the kitchen staff to improve the food quality and service for our guest with large corporate meetings,holiday parties and weddings, ordering of inventory,payroll, scheduling, hiring, training new employees, monthly reporting Big-4 Inventory.Experience with Audio & Visual for small and Large meetings (set-up projectors,large screen with additional side screen or tv\'s,sound system w/ multi mics, 4/12 channel mixer, ect…).
