With 38 years of experience in the technology field and over three decades working with enterprise applications such as ERP, HCM, CRM, and BI, I have built a career focused on delivering transformative solutions to businesses. My expertise spans the implementation of SAP and Oracle software, integrating them with legacy systems using PMI and Agile methodologies. Throughout my journey, I have led complex projects across multiple industries, solving intricate business challenges, defining project strategies, and ensuring the feasibility and ROI of key initiatives for the customers. Managing large-scale national and international teams has been a key part of my role, and I take pride in developing high-performance professionals while fostering collaboration across diverse business units. I bring extensive experience in consulting, project execution, and results-driven management—ranging from sales and delivery to P&L management. My ability to structure organizations, recruit and mentor top talent, and implement change management processes has allowed me to drive innovation and efficiency in every project I undertake. Having worked across Latin America—including Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Venezuela, Peru, and Puerto Rico—I have successfully led multidisciplinary teams in matrix structures, ensuring seamless operations across different cultural and corporate environments. Additionally, my international experience in Germany (SAP) has enriched my global perspective on technology and business transformation.
