I’m grateful for over two decades of experience in HR, where I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse teams and learning from every opportunity. While I’m humbled to have been recognized as one of the "40 Under 40" Leaders by Economic Times and BW Businessworld, I believe my growth is a direct result of the talented individuals I’ve collaborated with along the way. In my last role at NatWest Group, I led all People aspects for the Customer Franchises, Financial Crime, Fraud Prevention and Operations teams based in India. I extensively worked with the Business Leaders to define and execute People Strategy, supporting transformation in complex and dynamic environments. Throughout my career, I’ve led strategic initiatives such as redefining performance management, shaping organizational design, and developing future-focused ways of working. My work is always driven by a desire to create scalable, impactful solutions that help both people and organizations thrive. I’m passionate about leveraging technology and data to drive more efficient, sustainable HR practices and improve the employee experience. Constantly curious about the intersection of people and technology, I am committed to exploring new possibilities that enhance organizational performance. As a dedicated mother and lifelong learner, I strive to leave a lasting, positive impact. I also mentor young women from underprivileged backgrounds, believing in the importance of giving back and fostering future leaders.
