Selected to join the Software & Tech Graduate Program at Renault Group – Ampere, a two-year excellence pathway designed to train future leaders in the automotive industry. This highly selective program is structured around three strategic assignments across key sites in France (Sophia Antipolis, Toulouse, and Paris), offering full immersion in the industry\'s major challenges, particularly regarding electric vehicles and the Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) initiative.The program enables the development of both strong technical expertise — within high-performing teams — and essential soft skills to successfully lead complex projects. It includes executive mentoring, leader talks, bootcamps, conferences, plant visits, workshops, numerous networking opportunities, and much more.

I recently graduated with a dual degree in Electronics and Embedded Systems from UTBM and Electrical Engineering from ETS, equipping me with a strong technical foundation and a drive for innovation. I am currently a Software Engineer at Ampere, part of the Renault Group, where I’m involved in the groundbreaking Software Defined Vehicle project. As part of the Software & Tech Graduate Program, I’m rotating across three Renault sites in France over two years, gaining hands-on experience in different roles and expanding my expertise in various facets of automotive software development and technology. With a focus on creativity, precision, and technical excellence, I am dedicated to pushing the boundaries of what\'s possible in the fast-evolving world of engineering.
