As the Lead SAP Analyst, Center of Excellence, leads time-sensitive project implementations while simultaneously leading and resolving SAP MM change requests that are received by the CoE team. Supports business users on systems, training, change requests and projects. Assist with Mergers and Acquisitions and be the project lead from a COE perspective. • Supported business users on systems issues in collaboration with IT development and technical teams • Worked closely with broad user groups to coordinate and complete Operational Excellence activities to support sponsored projects such as, Requirement Identification and documentation, testing, & Training for the Deployment • Worked with multi-level, cross-functional team members to generate true Business Requirements for projects and change requests • Establish well-structured test plans for the projects and change requests properly documented in Solution Manager and ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) • Lead the Super User Group in systems and best practice SAP processes by conducting training, maintaining high visibility with the business community, creating SOP\'s and training materials, meeting regularly with procurement and accounts payable team, providing month end support
