Over time, I transitioned into technical leadership, programme management, and change management—shaping and delivering national collaborative initiatives that drive meaningful, measurable outcomes.Today, I specialise in cultural transformation and organisational change, helping teams—especially within the Nuclear sector—become more engaged, resilient, and high-performing.
