I lead from the front by personally producing—meeting with clients, running financial needs analyses, presenting solutions, and writing business to keep my skills sharp and my credibility strong. At the same time, I’m building—recruiting and developing a team of agents, mentoring them through licensing, training, and launching their businesses, while creating the vision, culture, and structure that drive growth. Just as important, I teach—equipping my agents with the knowledge and confidence to master products, follow proven sales systems, set and run appointments, handle objections, and ultimately build businesses of their own. In short, I am both a top producer and a coach, growing revenue through my own production, multiplying impact by developing others, and creating long-term success by building leaders.
