Ricardo “Ric” Ruiz del Vizo has been a licensed real estate agent in the State of Florida for over 18 years. Ricardo has been a resident of Sarasota, Manatee, and Pinellas counties for nearly his entire life. Ric has a unique understanding of the Sarasota and Tampa Bay real estate markets in regard to both commercial, investment, and residential real estate. Ricardo is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and Florida Association of Realtors. Ric also has his Mortgage Loan Originator license (NMLS#19•••02) and assists buyers of residential and commercial property in obtaining the best loans at the best rates! Ric has been the Managing Director of the Commercial Division of three Keller Williams Market Centers, launched the Keller Williams Luxury Division in Sarasota, and has launched 2 boutique real estate brokerages over his career in real estate. Ric continues to work in both traditional residential, luxury, investment, and commercial real estate and now has a network of agents across the globe who he coaches, mentors, trains, and assists in selling real estate. Prior to his career in real estate, Ricardo was a law enforcement officer for over 20 years, was the Liaison to the Central Intelligence Agency, and is a US Army Veteran who has served his country in multiple capacities, both combat and garrison, all over the CONUS, Southwest Asia, and East Africa (OCONUS). Ric\'s hobbies include cooking, firearms training, working out, various forms of fight training, writing, singing, acting, drawing, and participating in various television and movie productions when available.
