ABOUT RAYMOND CHANG
I\'m an experienced environmental advisor who enjoys working with people and organisations to develop and implement practical solutions for managing environmental risks, bringing benefits for the environment and for companies alike.I have a particular technical focus on freshwater assessment, management and monitoring, particularly in terms of freshwater ecology, biogeochemistry, stormwater and wastewater effects; but have been involved in providing advice for a range of air, land and water management issues. I work as a team manager and in governance roles within large design and construction teams; with environmental managers; and also with regulators. I deliver environmental management solutions and effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders through the design and delivery of industrial, infrastructure and land development projects in New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific.
