Ray leads the Canadian Health & Ageing Practice for Nous Group, supporting health systems across Canada to improve patient outcomes, experience and sustainability in equitable ways. The Practice partners with leaders across the continuum of care to delivery positive influence and meaningful change. We support team-based leadership, improved system performance, the design and implementation of improved models of care, enhancements to funding models and approaches to commissioning of health services. We help support the delivery of sustainable health outcomes each and every day with our partners and clients.Ray established Nous Group\'s Vancouver office in February 2025 which continues to expand rapidly. The local team works as part of the Canadian and global team, operating across Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia and NZ.
