Ray leads the Canadian Health & Ageing Practice for Nous Group, supporting health systems across Canada to improve patient outcomes, experience and sustainability in equitable ways. The Practice partners with leaders across the continuum of care to delivery positive influence and meaningful change. We support team-based leadership, improved system performance, the design and implementation of improved models of care, enhancements to funding models and approaches to commissioning of health services.
