    Serve as the Digital Archivist of the Air Force Historical Research Agency (AFHRA) and Functional Area Liaison for the agency and Department of the Air Force History and Museums Program (DAFHMP) and primary point of contact with Headquarters Air Force concerning the implementation of a robust digital archives and conversion of non-digital archives to accepted digital formats for use in a cloud-based archival architecture-Assist the AFHRA Director in the implementation and improvement of the AFHMP digital archival program. Serve as the first point of contact for digital archival issues across the AFHMP. Work with assigned archivists, conduct staff assistance visits to MAJCOM and field history offices, and provide guidance on digital archival practices. Interact routinely with the MAJCOM Command Functional Area Managers and AFHRA archivists on digital archival matters relating to digital ingestion of born-digital materials. Keep AFHRA and DAFHMP archivists informed on advances in digital curation and implementation of new methodologies-Represent the AFHRA on digital archival projects relating to contingency and other operational planning. Presents/briefs digital curation training plans in support of the Historian Training Course (HTC) and follow-on continuation training workshops as required.
