Spearheaded the development of the Exempt Leader Ride Along program in Amazon Logistics, including developing training content, securing approvals at the VP level, and executing this program across leaders in the US and Canada-Developed the RADR (Ride Along Defect Resolution) program which allowed ride along participants to submit issues they observed for resolution. This included developing a data pipeline between our survey tool, internal AWS databases, and setting up automated queries to take this data, join with additional tables providing route and package level metadata. This tickets are routed to a centralized team staffed to intake, resolve these issues, and communicate these changes back to the field-Oversaw the global expansion of the Ride Along program to EU, Brazil, and MENA, encompassing an additional leaders. Additionally, I replicated and extended the program to sister last-mile networks within North America such as AMXL (heavy/bulky) and RSR (rural), ensuring a seamless and consistent program delivery across various regions and networks.
