ABOUT RAO AJJARAPU

Mr. Ajjarapu is a Principal at Ramboll US Corporation, Princeton, New Jersey. Mr. Ajjarapu has a broad environmental and chemical engineering background with more than 25 years of national and international experience in environmental and health and safety (EHS) due diligence reviews during mergers and acquisitions, financing, and real estate transactions; comprehensive regulatory compliance assessments for industrial facilities; implementing EHS management systems; environmental litigation associated with spills and releases of chemicals and hazardous substances; and assessment and remediation of soils and ground water. Mr. Ajjarapu provides consulting advice to legal, corporate, academic, and private equity clients. Mr. Ajjarapu has experience with a range of industrial facilities, including organic and inorganic chemicals, lumber and wood treatment facilities, pulp and paper, automotive, smelters, extrusion and fabrication facilities, pharmaceuticals, animal feeding facilities, metals, plastics, laboratories, educational institutions, oil storage and terminals, gas transmission, agriculture, and several other manufacturing facilities involving waste disposal and storage, underground storage tanks, machining, plating, extrusion, smelting and assembly operations. Mr. Ajjarapu graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology - Varanasi and a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from University of Houston, Texas.
