Support the Product Manager, Product Owner and the wider team in refining the backlog, researching systems, user and environment aspects of any development to ensure that that the functional aspects of a given feature or service are well understood, and the linkages, dependencies and outcomes are all effectively catered for with no unexpected consequences across the business- Work across the functional stakeholders, including engagement at working groups, to tease out details, assist with scoping support functions, and supporting materials for customers and internal service suppliers to enable the delivery of optimal solutions- Own requirements management including decisions on conflicting requirements across projects or programmes of work- Develop and maintain documentation and knowledge on the systems / services that Enterprise Services deliver or utilize and wider Technology strategies- Undertake timely engagement and ongoing communication with key stakeholders to ensure requirements are being met and expectations are being managed- Disaster recovery execution and documentation maintenance- Undertake unit/system testing activities in relation to software solutions ensuring that quality meets agreed specifications/requirements- Contribute to the review and redesign of processes or procedures, on an ongoing basis, to deliver improved system productivity or efficiency- Resolve production incidents (through diagnosis, testing & applying fix) for assigned application/s
