Just as mentoring used to be a \"taken for granted skill\" of life in community - that now needs fostering - intergenerational conversation/dialogue is the way of the Koshare.At Ko~Sha~Rey Rhythms we approach this learningprocess from a Holistic Wellness CircleA Wellness Circle that connects restorative sleep, diet, exercise and lifestyle ~~ particularly as it relates to the people most sensitive to daily life rhythms: wee ones and Encinitas Chrysalis Oasis (ECO) is affiliated w/the Fundamental Principles of Dudism,(an internationally accepted ethical & philosophical system) which has developed abidingly over time, from the teachings of that of numerous \"Dudes\" throughout para-language, culture & history. It\'s a transformative wellness approach fully supported by the Samueli Centre for Integrative Med. Our research involves the use of an extensive collection of the latest biofield-energetic technologies to study physiological changes associated w/various types of complementary & alternative dudastic therapies. The abiding focus of our current work is on Taoist non-reactive effects. As well as how these effects compare to those produced by movement healing related to heat treatment, massage therapy, acupressure/acupuncture & topical herbal/edible medicinals. We hope our research will enhance an understanding that to respond out of nothingness is most affable & leaves no residue. When action comes out of nothing it is so total its very totality is a circle: complete & finished. As a most famous dude (Bruce Lee) once circulated it,\"Don\'t fear failure. Not failure, but low aim is the crime. In great attempts it is glorious even to fail.\" Life need not be practiced; life is to be lived. Life is not a drama - you need not prepare; you need simply to abide. Like love, it come as it comes, & is spontaneous. Otherwise, you\'ll keep following directions until pretty soon you\'re passed it & life won\'t even be fun while it lasted

Randy Eady, a healer & researcher in Exponential/Spatial Medicine/Science w/a diverse background from projects w/DARPA, DoD (Navy Marine Mammal/SFMOF - Non-Auditory Bio-effect in Marine Mammals) DoE, Gen.
