I am a TREC Licensed professional inspector and certified InterNACHI inspector/member, performing residential resale, pre-listing and new construction phase inspections as well as commercial inspections.In addition to my service with BPG I freelance at AHIT (American Home Inspectors Training) as a classroom technical instructor and TREC practicum instructor.My experience and history is with construction and extends back three decades as an HVAC installer, roofer and electrician\'s assistant. A previous owner and operator of my own home improvement and remodeling business, my expansion into the inspection field allowed me to move on from contracting, while still be attached to the construction industry.
