ABOUT RALF SCHLIEKER
As a graduate economist, I started my professional career as a service manager in a shared service center for finance and accounting, led a controlling team and was responsible for the implementation of new customers as a project manager afterwards. In addition, I took over the line responsibility for the accounts receivable and accounts payable team of a new customer and after the successful implementation of the project I was finally responsible for all transaction-related services as well as the IT department in the company. After being taken over by a Finnish company group, I managed the entire provision of services in Germany, including the existing digitization business, which I successfully transferred from the former location to a new production facility. As part of a reorganization, I took over the management of the digitization business of the entire corporate group and converted it from a regional to an international structure with scan and competence centers in six countries. After selling the business unit, I led implementation teams with project managers and IT experts in various countries until I finally took over the project management for a company-wide transformation program to renew the business platform.
