I have a total of 11 years of experience in administration and facility and hotels operations which the tenure till date was with the corporates. I have handled a series of portfolios in Facilities Management comprising to setting up of a Business Unit and Project Management. I have worked on helping to establish a sound policies pertaining to operational activities to the Business Units.I am a smart negotiator with abilities to finalize cost effective contracts, core competency in managing resources and providing customized solutions to customers, credited with sound knowledge of human nature coupled with the ability to deal with clients from different levels & background and consistent to offer a complete solution to my colleague\'s needs.This may seem a strange way to begin an autobiography.
