This evolution has had a huge impact on the banking industry - not only in how money is managed via digital channels, but by restyling financial services. Contributed to this Fintech transition through migration to Cloud Infrastructure, White label (co-branded multi-lingual payment gateway to make international payments) solutions, Technology transformation (from monolith to microservice architecture, from client-server to service-oriented architecture adhering to Fintec cyber security requirements) and Process transformation (from Waterfall to Agile to SAFe). Has been a key member of Fintech Practice and goto person for regional Sales teams.Throughout my career in Product Engineering, I have been regarded as someone able to inform, collaborate and inspire, enjoying trust and confidence across the board and a large network of like-minded professionals.    Global Delivery - Leading more than 15 Scrum teams in the Center of Excellence with each Scrum team consisting of Product Owner, Scrum Master, Tech Business Analyst, Dev and QA/AQA engineers. Each Scrum team/role consists of resources from different geo locations. Simultaneously, led the Platform Engineering team in taking care of environments, automation, tools integration into the CICD pipeline.Fintech Practice - Leading the Fintech practice with the goal of attracting more Fintech customers by staying on top of the latest trends in the Payment industry, implementing the Regulatory and Compliance requirements to secure the payment processing life cycle.Client delegations - Travelling to Customer and their client places to discuss & design the solutions by understanding the customer challenges & requirements, technical & functional demos of the product to end clients and sharing the roadmaps/plans with Technology and Product leaders.Sales Support - as a Senior Director, I have been in constant contact with Sales leads across the regions and having meetings with Fintech prospects covering the domain and technical aspects to turn them into a new logo to the organization.Legal Compliance - NDA, MSA, SOW/Work Orders, Invoices drafting and supervising - Played a role in management/leadership team in MSA and SOW/Work Order terms negotiation with customer legal teams. Responsible for generating pre-invoice for the Fintech accounts as per customer specification. Working closely with regional accounts teams in facilitating invoice submissions.Revenue more than 10m USD per annum - Responsible for P&L for my projects. As part of it have been generating Delivery Dashboard to Sr mgmt consists of Teams Costs, Timesheets/efforts, Revenue Generation and Margin calculation.
