ABOUT RAHUL GUPTA
I leverage my expertise in working with Azure, Snowflake, Spark, and Python to integrate and automate data workloads for various clients. I design and implement distributed data processing ETL pipelines using Pyspark, Scala, and SQL, and convert MapReduce programs to Spark transformations using Spark RDD in Python. I also utilize Apache Airflow to author workflows and define DAG objects to schedule tasks and manage dependencies.I am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Information Technology and Management at The University of Texas at Dallas, where I am learning advanced concepts and skills in data science, machine learning, cloud computing, and business analytics. I have a strong foundation in data engineering from my previous experience at LTIMindtree, where I worked with Hadoop, HIVE, Kafka, and other Apache Hadoop tools, as well as RDBMS and NoSQL databases, including AWS Redshift and Tableau. I have also obtained multiple certifications in SQL, Python, and Azure Data Fundamentals.
