Managing Listed Derivative Clearing as Process Manager in Middle office operations.Managerial Responsibilities:• Responsible for handling a team of eight people who perform the listed derivative clearing function on various ASIAN stock exchanges.• Leading and directing employees to meet defined SLAs on time, along with their cross-functional and within-function training.• Ensuring all the standard operating procedures and process flow documents are updated on time and KT sessions are held regularly to avoid knowledge gaps.• Performing RCAs and escalating issues to clients and management for their prompt attention in the weekly forum.Functional Responsibilities:• Maintaining an issue log to track the process errors and discuss with team on resolution and control to mitigate the issue that may occur in future designs.• Responsible for monitoring top-day and T+1 clearing on ASIA exchanges on a daily basis within the stringent market deadlines for exchanges in Hong Kong, Australia, Taiwan, and Japan.• Using different applications such as Salesforce, SRS ticket queries, GMI, Docs, and FOX to ensure smooth functioning in the trade clearing.• Performing various EOD checks so as to ensure there are no breaks while reconciling the positions.• Resolving the client\'s reconciliation queries on time.
