Continuation of Operations Manager Role: Following the acquisition of Delphi Technologies by BorgWarner, my role as Operations Manager continues under the new company name. I am responsible for overseeing production, ensuring the successful execution of production plans, optimizing overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), and implementing budgets.I also manage the Electric Vehicles division, which includes the production of inverters and battery control modules for major car manufacturers. This involves ensuring production targets are met, maintaining high-quality standards, managing equipment performance, and adhering to budget constraints. My role plays a critical part in supporting the electrification strategies of key automotive clients, and I contribute to the development of efficient production processes for hybrid and electric vehicle components.In this capacity, I work to ensure smooth operations, maintain compliance with industry standards, and drive continuous improvement in production techniques. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure the successful production and delivery of electric vehicle components, fostering strong relationships with key customers and contributing to the successful integration following the acquisition.
