My role integrates strategy definition, process design, cross-area collaboration, and team coordination, ensuring continuous improvement in both passenger experience and commercial development.Key responsibilities include:Defining the strategy for personalization and standardization of products and services across all airport touchpoints.Designing processes and frameworks to guide decision-making and ensure consistency across airports.Working closely with different areas to co-create recommendations and proposals throughout the entire passenger journey.Managing and coordinating a multidisciplinary team distributed across multiple cities in Argentina.Developing and managing the digital platform, consolidating standards, policies, and passenger insights.Preparing and presenting executive reports and proposals for senior management and the Board.Driving the implementation of quick wins, market research, and international benchmarking.Leading change management, communication, and training initiatives with ambassadors and local airport representatives.Monitoring KPIs to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and passenger needs.
