Maintenance Specialist responsible for ensuring the strategic and efficient management of assets across the various production processes of ArcelorMittal Acindar steel business.Main responsibilities:Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with ArcelorMittal Asset Reliability Management Program, using key performance indicators (KPIs) for monitoring and continuous improvement.Key user and profile manager of the SAP Maintenance module (SAP PM).Lead the ArcelorMittal Acindar maintenance committee, promoting the standardization of best practices and technologies across departments and plants to ensure consistency and efficiency.Provide mentorship and strategic training to maintenance leaders, strengthening their leadership and technical competencies.Lead initiatives focused on maximizing asset performance, promoting the adoption of innovative technologies, and driving improvements that generate added value for the business.Provide technical support for real-time troubleshooting of failures in automated continuous production processes, as well as assist operations through the implementation of control system improvements to maximize efficiency and productivity.Coordinate with Project Engineering to optimize the multi-year project portfolio, constantly prioritizing and evaluating initiatives based on their impact and alignment with business objectives.Key achievements:Implemented improvements in DC/AC motor management, completely eliminating unexpected failures in three rolling mills at ArcelorMittal, achieving cost savings exceeding USD function-specific maintenance KPIs across all ArcelorMittal Acindar production plants, and automated the calculation of these indicators through the development of a centralized Power BI.
