My role as the Head of Internal Audit for Ports America is to lead risk-based internal audit and compliance functions while reporting to Audit Committee and Chief Legal Officer.I collaborate with senior leadership and Audit Committee to define stakeholder expectations and mission for Internal Audit. I am considered the Subject Matter Expert for the audit universe and identification of emerging business risks.I also lead the Enterprise Risk Management initiative, culminating in assessment by senior leadership team and Board of key business risks and development of appropriate risk responses.I also actively participate on Disclosure, Business Excellence, and other Steering Committees.
