I am passionate about the planning, development, and execution of projects and programs that enable teams to be successful while leveraging data to surface the right conversations and help organizations see the bigger picture.While my career started with coding and I am very much in touch with my technical roots, I found an excitement and calming effect around keeping others aligned and organized. My journey in project management took off from there.My jobs have spanned a wide array of technologies and processes, such as: ticket and chat systems, hardware, software, and mobile asset management, video conferencing and telephony infrastructure, networking, and talent acquisition processes. Lately though I have been deeply involved in creating best practices for our PMO community and organization portfolios that touch multiple business units and showcase how to best prioritize budget, resources, and roadmaps that deliver against our mission and vision.When I am not planning the next big initiative I enjoy doing experimental baking on family and friends, running half and full marathons, hiking, and high intensity interval training, watching hockey and binging the next addictive series, and of course hanging out with my wife!
