I am an associate director based in Deloitte\'s Cambridge office, where I have worked in the tax team since 2013. I predominantly assist privately or family owned businesses, and their owners and shareholders, with their tax affairs.I have worked with a large range of clients from early stage businesses looking to incentivise staff, structure investments (for example through EIS), and claim R&D tax relief, through to larger established businesses looking to restructure, plan for future succession or move towards exit.
