Direct and manage EJ TCTAC, a $10M program, to fulfill over 100 individual technical assistance requests to nonprofits and local governments applying for funds to implement climate-related adaptation, mitigation, and resilience projects between June 2024 and February 2025Lead staff of 8 in offering technical assistance for EPA’s National Environmental Justice Thriving Communities Technical Assistance Center (EJ TCTAC) Deliver grant writing training, budget development sessions, networking sessions, and other technical assistance offerings based on the needs of the 160 organizations that make up the EJ TCTAC partnership networkOversee multiple contracts with budgets over to over $2M to develop and maintain a national website for the EJ TCTAC program, to provide technical assistance to the network, and to create and offer a grant writing training serving over 180 individuals across the countryDirect the Advancing Equitable Building Decarbonization program, a $2M project which builds the capacity of nonprofits in Oakland, St. Louis, and Philadelphia to grow building decarbonization efforts in their community. As a result, the partners have been successful in implementing 4 building decarbonization projects and the submission of one EPA Community Change Grant applicationParticipated in an Employee Resource Work Group in 2023 to develop processes for the implementation of a 36-hour work week, performance reviews, and promotion process for the 50+ employees across the organization Led the facilitation and agenda development of over 30 national online and in-person workshops and meetingsCompleted the Facilitation for Racial Equity training hosted by Race Forward to improve my skills in training other staff inside of my organization and network on the ideas, practices, and strategies of racial equity
