As the Director of Talent and Community Outreach for Community Autism Services at The Stepping Stone Group, I lead with a mission-driven focus: to build the most family-oriented and people-powered organization in the autism and mental health services industry.In this national role, I oversee recruiting and intake strategy to ensure our clinical teams are fully staffed and our client families receive timely, compassionate access to care. I am passionate about creating meaningful systems and outreach efforts that connect exceptional professionals to purposeful work—and connect families to the life-changing services they deserve.With over a decade of experience as a field-based clinician in Mental Health Wraparound services and progressive leadership roles across ABA and mental health recruiting, intake, and operations, I bring a unique perspective to growth. I understand the challenges of access and staffing from every angle—and I work across departments to streamline systems, elevate communication, and prioritize client and team experience at every step.I thrive in fast-paced environments where urgency, collaboration, and thoughtful execution are essential.
