Serves as a Senior Proposal Manager for the Corporate Proposal Center. Manages the successful development of compliant, competitive, and compelling proposals through effective collaboration across teams that include internal staff such as subject matter experts, corporate partners, external consultants, and supporting vendors. Applies Shipley and APMP best practices with proposal team to ensure the timely delivery of proposal submissions that are fully compliant with solicitation instructions. Oversees the quality of proposals for color reviews and final delivery by performing rigorous quality assurance checks on draft and final documents. Collaborates with the capture manager and solution architect to facilitate development of win themes and solutioning using facilitation methods such as Human Centered Design in tandem with digital tools such as Mural.
