I have many years of experience in the customer service industry. I have worked within country clubs for over six years, and within the hotel/hospitality industry for a little over one year. I am a recent graduate from The University of Akron with a Bachelor\'s Degree in Business and Organizational Communications with a minor in Professional Writing. I am looking to begin my career within a field that uses my background and what I learned in my years at the University of Akron. Hoping to get into the Public Relations/ Marketing side of either a public relations firm or the hotel industry. Within the hotel business the department that interests me the most is the sales and catering department.
