I am an Entrepreneur and Founder of RC Associates, a niche recruiting firm that specializes in working with engineers and related fields Nationwide. I started the firm in January 2005 as I saw a true need to start a recruiting firm that became an integrated member of the engineering community. Our focus is to build relationships by stepping outside the box of what traditional recruiting firms do and use non-traditional methods to form strong relationships with folks in the field. I am currently extremely involved in a number of Engineering professional organizations and work with a select group of clients around the country in helping them utilize new networks of passive candidates.
