I build and lead nationally scaled seniors housing and healthcare real estate valuation and advisory platforms.As Senior Managing Director and National Practice Leader at BBG, I lead a national Seniors Housing & Healthcare valuation and advisory practice group. Our team serves institutional clients, national & regional lenders, REITs, private equity groups, healthcare operators, and financial institutions across the United States.Since launching the seniors housing vertical, we have expanded the platform more than tenfold while delivering sustained 20%+ annual growth. Today, I oversee a 15+ member national team supporting acquisitions, refinancings, portfolio transactions, transactions and capital events across the seniors housing and healthcare real estate industry.Prior to BBG, I led CBRE’s Healthcare & Seniors Housing valuation practice across the Eastern U.S, building a specialized team and earning recognition among the firm’s top 10% producers nationally.In addition to my industry leadership, I serve on the Executive Board of the Florida State University Real Estate Center, where I contribute strategic guidance and speak to students on valuation and healthcare capital markets.I am always open to conversations with institutional partners, healthcare operators, developers and professionals interested in building within the seniors housing and healthcare real estate sectors.
