Kim is located on the West Coast and serves as the Director of the Advisory Practice Group for BBG. Ms. Kearney is a Real Estate Broker and Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the State of California. She earned her Masters of Business Administration in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate from California State Polytechnic University. Her Bachelor of Science Degree was from California State University, Long Beach with a major in Finance and a minor in Real Estate. Prior to joining BBG, her full-spectrum real estate firm, K3 Investments, provided clients with appraisal, consulting, and brokerage services. Ms. Kearney worked with the City of Los Angeles to provide hypothetical fair market values as part of highest and best use studies. She was retained by UCLA to provide lease briefs on all of their real estate assets. She has provided Broker Price Opinions and Strength/Weaknesses/Opportunity/Threats (SWOT) analysis on underperforming assets for investors.Her expertise was sought by the president of a local realty board to serve as an Arbitrator in an on-going leasing dispute involving retail space. In addition, K3 Investments, was awarded a government contract to conduct a nationwide survey and on-site focus group in Washington, D.C. to evaluate the effectiveness and usefulness of Federal Management Regulations concerning real property. Kim will remain as owner of K3 Investments, but the firm has been restructured to concentrate solely on brokerage services. She continues to provide valuation services, both on a local and national level, through her West Coast position as Director of the Advisory Practice Group for BBG.
