More than twenty years of experience in civil and human rights, diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy, leadership development, training, community and stakeholder engagement, anti-discrimination legislation and policy, consent decree compliance, EEOC workforce reporting, alternative dispute resolution, and access to capital for underserved M/WBEs.
