ABOUT QUENTIN GRIFFITHS

Quentin commenced his professional career by completing an Honors degree in Engineering, majoring in Electronics. Upon completing his studies, Quentin worked as a R&D Engineer at Tekron and progressed from Technical Sales, through to Regional Manager – EMEA. As part of his 6.5 year tenure in this Company, Quentin was fortunate to set up a bench head office in the UK, and run the European sales channel for approximately 1.5 years.Quentin then took a role as a Business Development Manger with YouDo for 3.5 years, selling bespoke software development services across the energy and finance sector in NZ and Australia. During his tenure, Quentin worked on projects relating to energy trading, as well as developing an understanding as to the impact of grid and household batteries can have on a grid.In 2020, Quentin was approached to join the Lutra team in an executive leadership role as Chief Customer Officer. Quentin stepped up in 2021 to also support and lead the ID team, after the Chief Executive Officer left with short notice. During this time Quentin worked with a team of 13 and collaborated with the Chief Engineer and Chief Executive Officer to run Lutra.In June 2023 Lutra was acquired by Dwight Don group, and Quentin along with his fellow senior leadership team, were instrumental in the acquisition and post-acquisition process, and during this process Quentin’s responsibilities progressed to becoming P&L leader, to provide more financial development under the guidance and coaching of Dwight Don.Following a period of 6-months, Quentin was promoted to the Chief Executive Officer role at Lutra, commencing in January 2024.
