Support Progyny Global members across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and MENA throughout their fertility journeys — including adoption and surrogacy — delivering expert guidance, care coordination, and a high-touch, culturally sensitive member experience- Contribute to the development and continuous enhancement of structured menopause coaching and onboarding programs, applying a psychology-informed approach to strengthen emotional support frameworks and deliver personalized, member-centric guidance- Contribute to the development and delivery of monthly Progyny Global member webinars, supporting content, strategy, and execution to drive education, engagement, and scalable impact across multiple regions- Develop and scale a global network of fertility and menopause clinic partnerships across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and MENA through cold outreach and industry conferences, leveraging HubSpot to manage leads and optimize pipeline performance- Spearhead country expansion initiatives aligned with client growth opportunities, supporting market entry strategy and operational implementation- Contribute to the launch and scaling of two product lines — Menopause and Pregnancy & Postpartum — and drive continuous feature development by translating member and partner feedback into product enhancements- Recruit and onboard Patient Care Advocates (PCAs) across Fertility, Menopause, and Pregnancy & Postpartum, supporting team growth and operational excellence- Serve as a trusted partner to internal and external stakeholders, translating patient and member insights into actionable recommendations to support strategic initiatives and awareness campaigns- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, analytics, and commercial teams to drive client success, provide structured feedback, and enhance overall program effectiveness.
