Planning, Controlling & implementation of Payroll Process• Client coordination, sharing payroll calendar to client on monthly basis• Processing payroll of employees through payroll software• Leading a team of 4 members - perform checking for payrolls processed by them• Reconcile Payroll input & output to ensure proper validation of process• Co-ordinate with reimbursement team for checking various claims (Fuel, Tel, LTA, etc.)• Ensure timely output- payroll, payslip, tax forecast, statutory reports, MIS, etc.• Co-ordinate with PF and PT team for filing returns within due date• Filing of all ETDS returns / revised return within due date• Preparing and implementation of year end activity schedule for online upload and checking of employees investment proofs within timeline • Training new joinees with respect to payroll software and process• Assist team HR for recruiting candidates in various verticals
