Career Summary: I am a prolific sponsor coverage banker who has financed 100+ platform investments for $30+ billion in issuer proceeds across 40+ private equity sponsors in both the lower middle market \"buy and hold\" space and the larger more liquid transactional arena. I have originated $2.1 billion (and additional add-ons) for 9 first time issuers in the Healthcare, Business Services, Building Products, Chemicals, Consumer Products, Industrials, and Technology Sectors. Earlier in my career, I managed the Business Development function for National City Bank\'s $30 billion asset/$600 million income Corporate Banking Division, reporting to the Office of the Chairman. KeyBanc Capital Markets I originated and managed 70+ platform investments (countless add-ons) for 30+ different private equity sponsors generating more than $25 billion in financing proceeds. I also owned the integration of the Debt Capital Markets function/products into Cain Brothers advisory platform (100+ investment bankers) following KeyBank\'s purchase of Cain in 2017. National City Bank I originated and managed 30+ platform investments for 20+ different private equity sponsors generating $2.5+ billion in total financing proceeds in the lower middle-market space. In my prior corporate banking role, I developed and helped implement an innovative Strategic Plan for the Corporate Banking division that was presented to the Office of the Chairman, Bank Presidents and Heads of Corporate Bank covering strategic and tactical goals. I chaired the Strategic Planning Committee of State Bank Presidents and Heads of Corporate Banking and served on other committees. Additional Accomplishments I served as Vice Chairman of the Board of the Northeast Ohio Region Blood Services (American Red Cross), and I started the Cleveland Chapter of the St. Baldrick\'s Foundation. I am also a U.S. Masters Swimmer and early-stage venture capital investor.
