ABOUT PRECIOUS FRANKS
I am a first generation college student from Columbia South, Carolina. My love for player development and mental health grew when I was in high school when I felt awkward and out of place being in the bleachers of a game, knowing that my calling was to be involved in the game in some way shape, or form. In trying to involve myself in the sports industry as much as possible, I am currently working as a graduate assistant doing student athlete development at Georgia State University for women’s basketball. In the experiences and positions, I have been able to possess relationship building, organizational skills, academic skills development, professional fan development, leadership skills, teamwork, problem-solving skills, specific attention to detail, communication skills,self-reliance,and networking skills. I am passionate and enthusiastic about creating an impact in the NFL for player development and mental health for athletes. I plan to also create my own mental health programs for all HBCUs for all sports. The adversity has not and will not stop me until I accomplish the vision.
