Customers - Internal and External. How to serve them best. What\'s the outcome that needs to be accomplished while maintaining highest levels of trust, integrity, and culture. That\'s a summary of my approach every day. Over the past 20+ years at Onward Technologies I’ve held leadership roles as a P&L leader, operations, finance and commercial strategy across our global operations in the U.S, Canada, Europe and India. My focus spans strategy, growth, and execution—delivering engineering, digital, and consulting solutions to clients across key industries.I’m passionate about translating corporate strategy into operating plans, building high-ROI investment frameworks and aligning teams to deliver sustained EBITDA and cash-flow improvement. Along the way I’ve had the privilege of presenting directly to boards, helping shape the company narrative and being part of leadership team which contributed to a 5× increase in market capitalization.I’ve also acted as an intrapreneur—launching a new business unit from the ground up—while overseeing critical functions including finance, operations, immigration, and talent acquisition.I serve as a Director on the Board of our North American and Canadian subsidiary and have been a member of YPO, a global leadership community for chief executives.
