At Deloitte, I currently serve as an Assistant Manager – Team Lead in Audit & Assurance, where I lead a high-performing team managing complex financial operations and client portfolios. My responsibilities include handling high-value payments, resolving exceptions, and driving process excellence with a strong focus on client relationship management, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery across global engagements.Previously, at State Street, I was involved in portfolio accounting, cash and trade reconciliation, and mutual fund operations, working with tools like PAM and SWIFT. I gained deep exposure to back-office investment processes and developed expertise in resolving discrepancies and maintaining data accuracy under tight deadlines.My journey began at Motilal Oswal, where I built my foundation in investment banking operations, equity dealing, and mutual fund transactions. Here, I worked directly with clients, advisors, and sales teams to deliver value-added investment solutions and maintain strong client relationships.With a Master\'s degree in MBA in Finance Karnataka University, I combine domain knowledge with strong analytical skills and stock market insight. I am passionate about investment management, operational excellence, and aligning client strategies with market opportunities for sustainable growth.
