ABOUT PRATEEK NAMDEO

I love to dig into customer problems and solve them with improved processes and modern technology. To accomplish this, I focus on getting to the root of problems by connecting with stakeholders, delivering key outcomes and adapting to new innovations.Computers and technology have always fascinated me since I learnt to create my first web page in school, which helped me take up Computer Science during my Bachelors, and work in the field thereafter. As I grew in my role, I realised that in addition to coding, understanding the problems from a business perspective greatly amplifies the thought process that goes into solving them. Consequently, I worked hard and got into the MBA programme of one of the most prestigious business schools in India, Indian Institute of Management (IIM), where I majored in both Marketing and Finance. The course altered my perspective of looking at problems and the approach followed to solve them in a way that ensured my solutions had a lasting impact. My professional journey post MBA has unfolded as below: • I’ve worked as a Management Consultant with EY India to define strategy to transform its SAP team • Acted as a Senior Consultant in Artificial Intelligence and Analytics division of Cognizant to help businesses embark on their digital transformation journeys • Honed my skills at selling by being part of Bid Management team and converting multi-million dollar deals for Cognizant in the data space• Strengthened my roots in tech through coding and business analysis while at DXC technologyProfessional SkillsStrategic Planning | Consulting | Business Analysis | Product Development | Business Development | Agile | Analytics | Business Development*Permitted to work in Ireland.
