As Regional Manager, I am responsible for the delivery of projects to our clients on-time, with quality and within established budgets. Other operational duties include; hiring, training and mentoring of staff, coordination of multi-office staff to deliver projects and P/L delivery for the Michigan Region. In my role for business development, I work with Team Leaders to expand our areas of service as part of our proactive growth initiative throughout Michigan and the Midwest in the areas of Transportation Engineering, Structural Engineering, Inspection of facilities and their rehabilitation, Water Resources and Civil Engineering for Private/Public Infrastructure. We are dedicated to meeting our clients and their users current needs and anticipating the future challenges. Our clients include private sector, industrial, municipal, state and federal agencies.
